If you’ve ever felt like you know what to do but just can’t seem to do it consistently, you’re not alone.

For most of my life, I struggled with my weight. I wasn’t lacking information. I knew what healthy eating looked like. I knew exercise was important. What I didn’t know was how to turn good intentions into lasting habits.

Over the course of eight years, I lost more than 110 pounds and transformed my health. I wasn’t perfectly following someone else’s plan - no extreme diets or endless motivation. Instead, honesty, accountability, and learning how to work with my unique personality, lifestyle, and body.

That’s the foundation of Genuine Wellness.

I believe lasting wellness isn’t about mimicking someone else’s success. It’s about discovering what works for you and creating a system that helps you follow through when life gets busy, stressful, or inconvenient.

As your coach, I combine personalized nutrition and movement goals with consistent accountability, support and encouragement. Together, we’ll make small, sustainable changes, evaluate how your body responds, and build a plan that fits your real life.
